- ■You: one sentence starts the work; cards, gates and review verdicts come back to you, on a phone or at a desk.
- ■Asst / Chat: you talk to the Assistant first, then it starts the project and hands over the brief. In a project, the engine seat answers from DESIGN to DEPLOY and the chat seat answers in MAINTAIN.
- ■Phases · Step · Status: there are five phases and three record-only gates, A/B/C, and each phase opens only when you approve it. STATUS / PLAN / STEP / DESIGN / VERIFY are parsed live into the Step panel; moving a phase back re-aligns the docs.
- ■Seats · models: four roles, Design / Dev / Chat / Review; Design, Dev and Review each pick a model, and Chat uses the Dev model. Claude runs as a long-lived CLI session, Codex through the app-server; review defaults to another lab's model.
- ■Auto-Run: Feature = implement → review → grade; Bug = bugfind → fix → review → grade. Review is a host-run Codex; grade starts a fresh Codex only on a signal; findings go back to the Dev seat for another pass.
- ■Memory (four layers): each Assistant turn lands in L0. When the Assistant is idle, when L0 fills up or on request, L0 is distilled into L1 fragments, L2 events and L3 concepts, and a decay pass runs once a day after midnight. Before answering, it recalls fragments by vector, spreads through the graph to events and concepts, and adds keyword matches.
