- ■你：说一句需求就开工；卡片、门禁和审查结论都回到你手上，用手机或电脑都能处理。
- ■Asst / Chat：先和 Assistant 聊，它再建项目，并把需求简报交给项目；项目聊天在 DESIGN 到 DEPLOY 阶段由引擎席接，MAINTAIN 阶段由对话席接。
- ■阶段 · Step · Status：一共五个阶段，A/B/C 是三道只做记录的门，每个阶段都要你批准才进。STATUS / PLAN / STEP / DESIGN / VERIFY 被实时解析成 Step 面板，回拨阶段时会自动校正文档。
- ■席位 · 模型：Design / Dev / Chat / Review 四个角色，Design / Dev / Review 各选模型，Chat 跟 Dev；Claude 走 CLI 长会话，Codex 走 app-server；审查默认用另一家的模型。
- ■Auto-Run：Feature 实现 → 审查 → 评分，Bug 查根因 → 修 → 审查 → 评分；审查是宿主跑的 Codex，评分只在信号命中时起一个全新的 Codex，发现的问题回到 Dev 席再来一轮。
- ■记忆（四层）：Assistant 每轮写进 L0，闲时、L0 攒满或手动触发时蒸馏成 L1 片段、L2 事件、L3 概念，每天午夜后衰减一次；回答前按向量找片段，沿图谱扩散到事件和概念，再加关键词匹配。
- ■Library · Skills · MCP：知识库由成员和 Assistant 写，只读挂进每个项目席位；Skills / MCP 的生效集合 = 扫描 ∩ 所有者的三档分级 ∩ Space 勾选，注入提示词和 --mcp-config。
